At present, I am unable to accept BUPA referrals.

Please obtain authorisation for your Physiotherapy prior to your Initial Consultation and please be aware that you will be responsible for any excess on your insurance policy and for claiming your treatment costs back from your insurer. We will bill AXA on your behalf, but for all other insurance claims, the full fee will be payable at the time of your appointment and a receipt provided to claim back from them. 

Physiotherapy Initial


In this 45 minute session for new clients or existing clients with a new injury, a thorough history and assessment will be carried out, as well as some treatment and advice. Please wear comfortable clothing. A personalised treatment plan will then be outlined

Physiotherapy Follow-up


A 30 minute follow-up treatment session to address the issues found in the assessment and progress you through your rehabilitation program.  This may consist of a combination of manual therapy including mobilisations, soft tissue release, acupuncture and exercise prescription.

Extended Physio Follow-up


A  60 minute session dedicated to those patients requiring a longer treatment time, which may include manual therapy, acupuncture and Pilates-based rehabilitation.

Virtual Physio


In this 30 minute online session for new and existing clients, a thorough history and a virtual assessment will be carried out, as well as some treatment and advice. A home program will be designed for you, if appropriate.

Western Acupuncture


In this 30minute session, Western acupuncture is utilised to help with chronic pain, headaches, relaxation, or during Pregnancy for various complaints that can occur during the ante-natal period.

1:1 Clinical Pilates


This personalised 1:1 session using Pilates based exercises on the mat and/or Reformer for injury prevention and recovery, postural re-education, strengthening, fitness, core stability and to improve flexibility, will be tailored to your individual needs. Prices vary depending on the length of the session and block bookings

Virtual Pilates Classes


Online Pilates classes via Zoom, which you are able to attend live or receive a recording of the class to do in your own time, following an initial Pilates assessment to teach you how to activate your deep abdominals and re-educate your posture. 

Pilates Class Assessment


An initial assessment prior to attending Pilates classes to assess any injuries, and to teach the Pilates 5 key elements. This will help to decide which level of class is suitable for you
