Services

Whether you visit us for a one-off treatment or a longer course of treatment, at the Physio experience  we ensure our patients play an active role in their recovery so they can remain pain-free once treatment ends.  After a thorough assessment in your initial session, a treatment plan will be tailored to your individual needs to help you achieve your goals and restore function.

We combine manual therapy along with Pilates-based rehabilitation to ensure we can get you pain-free, and back to you usual activities as soon as possible.

I am registered with the AACP to practice Western acupuncture, which I use as an adjunct to Physio treatments to enable quicker recovery times and reduce pain.

Clinical Pilates is a form of exercise based on the original Pilates method designed by Joseph Pilates in the 20th century. I use Pilates-based rehabilitation to encourage pain-free, efficient movement, improve posture, strength and endurance and return to function.

Western Acupuncture is the use of acupuncture following a medical diagnosis, and has been shown to be effective in reducing pain and helping achieve greater function. It involves stimulating sensory nerves under the skin and in the muscles as well inhibiting pain through the central nervous system.
